Humane Society of Missouri Animal Cruelty Task Force rescues more than 90 Yorkshire terriers from substandard puppy mill in Greene County

Two Yorkies waiting to be rescued

Thank you very much for your interest in the Yorkshire terriers rescued by the Humane Society of Missouri’s Animal Cruelty Task Force on Friday, February 13.

We are in the very early stages of examining and evaluating each animal and treating their numerous veterinary medical conditions. Because the dogs came from a deplorable situation and had no veterinary care, many of them will have continuing medical problems. These animals will not be available for adoption for several weeks.
